Selection Process – NIRMAN 13

The journey of a young Nirmanite usually begins with the Selection Process. Each step in this process is a means to move forward to the next step while simultaneously being an end in itself. Over the last decade, thousands of youth, irrespective of their selection for the workshop, have benefited by participating in this process.

Application Form – An Introspective Tool

The first step in the process is the ‘Application Form’. The precisely curated questions in the form, seldom asked or discussed, make the applicant introspect about his / her own life & future as well as about the external of which they are an integral part.

What kind of work do you intend to do after your education/ if already working, what are you doing? What was your thought process while taking the decision?

Applications for NIRMAN 13 Batch are currently being invited till the 10^th of September, 2022.

Post the submission of Application Forms, selected applicants are invited for a ‘Consultative Interview’ at the end of which they are given certain ‘Assignments’ which are to be submitted by a mutually decided deadline. Both the ‘Interview’ as well as the ‘Assignments’ are structured & suggested in a way to ensure that they add value to the concerned individual simultaneously allowing the team to get an insight about the current state of mind as well as the thought process of the interviewee. The selected cohort of approximately 150 youth are invited to Shodhgram, Gadchiroli, for NIRMAN Workshop & the journey continues in the form of a lifelong association.
